rEVIEWING OR CHANGING YOUR CHILD SUPPORT ORDER

A legal change of a child support order is called a modification. A change could increase or decrease the amount of the support order. It could also add or modify the order to provide medical support.

If the Forest County Child Support Agency is providing services on your case, you may request the agency to review your court order to determine if a modification is warranted. When requested, the child support agency will review your order every 33 months, or when there has been a substantial change in circumstances. If you believe a review is warranted, please contact the Forest County Child Support Agency at (715) 478-2157 to request a review.
